Vanz Kerrigan knew what he had to do. He had always known how to take advantage of an opportunity. With all the chaos it would be easy to come up with an excuse for what he was planning to do. If Roweth was still alive he would have to do something about that. Anyantha would not be a problem. She was young and naïve and could be manipulated. When Kerrigan was done she would believe whatever he wanted her to believe.
Vanz Kerrigan had taken more than just Roweth’s gun. He had taken the data pad they had used to send the disruption signal to Zai’s battle suit. With it Kerrigan could see exactly where Zai was. If this was correct then Zai’s battle suit was coming back online. He would have to hurry. Kerrigan had already come up with a number of ways to justify what he was planning to do.
